- Establish and maintain a safe and disciplined working environment, promoting Quality and Productivity Awareness that encourages every employee to achieve his or her full potential and pride in workmanship in a cost-effective manner
- Ensure 100% on-time deliveries to meet customer schedules.
- Use appropriate methods to monitor quality and productivity performance and isolate problems for immediate resolution.
- Form relationships with both customers and suppliers that will improve quality in all aspects of our business.
