MCR Manufacturing specializes in supply of precision-machined safety critical general engineered components to IATF 16949 quality standards.
We strive to supply zero defect, quality components to our customers by continuously investing in new equipment, processes and constant training of all staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
All components manufactured must pass our internal 1st off world class laboratory inspection after which constant part sampling inspection is performed throughout the entire production run as per customer requirements.

Machining
MCR utilises the latest horizontal machines as well as vertical machines during the manufacturing of it’s automotive machined components and railway machined components.
CMM
We ensure our customer quality specifications are adhered to by the use of our state of the art metrology lab consisting of three co-ordinate measuring machines (CMM) and profile measuring machine. various other gauging is used in the lab and on line to ensure product quality.
Plating
Our fully automated acid zinc plating plant is used to coat our customer products conforming to specified salt spray requirements.
NDT
We offer our customers magnetic particle inspections(MPI) to ensure no damaged or cracked safety critical components are fitted in the field. Non-destructive testing (NDT) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of components produced at our CNC machining facility.
